Ministeriön lahtausinto on käsittämätön.
Eikä petojahti rajoitu pelkkään ilvekseen: myös susi- ja karhulupia on annettu ns porvoon mitalla
Epäilemättä eri puolilla maatamme on vallalla petovastaisia mielialoja
Lisäksi maahamme tarvittaisiin uusi suurpetostrategia

Gosh, I wish I would have had that inofarmtion earlier!
Pay (and how it relates to the cost of lviing in that area)- the pay may seem really good, but you need to look at what minimum wage is like in that area and what the cost of lviing there is. Good things to look at to determine this is sales tax, the cost of milk, the cost of gas, and the average cost to rent an apartment. Where I live, minimum wage isn't enough to live in an apartment on your own. Minimum wage is 7.25/hr but the lviing wage is 10.50/hrTurn over and the current state of the company/area (are they growing, are they hurting)- you don't want to move there and get fired but you really don't want to move there and get fired and not be able to find a job anywhere else in the area either. Do people quit/get fired a lot? Is the company doing well and what are the predictions for the next 5 years? You also will want to know why the position is open.Benefits (time off, paid vacation, health care)- you're moving which means you're going to lose a lot of support from people. If you have kids you might need to find new child care. You may need time to set up a house. In the future, you're going to want to visit the people you're moving away from What can the company do to make these things easier?Advancement Opportunities- it could be a good sounding job but what can it turn in to? Are you going to be able to grow or in 3 years are you going to be still doing the same things and starting to get bored?
Great insight! That's the answer we've been lokonig for.
Fidnnig this post solves a problem for me. Thanks!
